We are the MotorValley Experience Company Ltd, a limited company incorporated in England trading as MotorValley Experience, (company number 10765673) whose registered office is at West Wing House, 3 Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1AH, United Kingdom (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).
We are a tour operator and travel agency specialised in Supercar Driving Holidays our business operates out of the United Kingdom (UK). Our services are as advertised.
The contract between us will be governed by English Law and any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the English courts. Our Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
How to Book
1. Decide on the Holiday Package you are interested in, then using the enquiry form, send as your preferred travel dates, the car and any special requirements & questions you may have.
2. The enquiry will then be submitted to us and we will then check the availability and send you a quote. Where you wish to proceed, we will then send you a Confirmation Email, with invoice and a web link to a secure paygate website, where you can enter your credit/debit card details to pay the balance due – details will be processed via a Paypal UK secure encrypted connection.
3. Upon notification of the payment receipt by the credit/debit card handler, everything will then be finalised. Please book you flights after the payment notification email is received. For all packages, the full Holiday Package price will be due at the time the booking is confirmed. However, in situations where it has been agreed that a part deposit (40%) will be taken, the final balance will be due 8 weeks before the date of the trip, and at this time second confirmation email /invoice payment link will be sent through to you.

Our driving Holiday Package are generally 4 nights 5 days in duration and can be booked to start on any day of your choice (subject to availability). We will do our utmost to put together a complete package to suit your needs. Please do not hesitate to call to discuss your options at a budget and level to suit you. We would be delighted to tailor make a break for you, which can even include turning a short break into a longer stay, where for example you only require the car for the first 2 or 3 days, or you travel with your own supercar.
Prices are in Great British Pound per Holiday Package and include:
Overnight accommodation on a bed and breakfast in a double or twin standard room (please check our website for hotels name and position, hotel subject to availability and may be different) including breakfast, full touring pack, which includes roadbook, programmed GPS and other relevant information for the destinations you will visit, together with a map of the region you will be touring. Where you are hiring a car, the price may also include: Hire of the car of your choice, fully comprehensive insurances, covering the vehicle and third parties, a reduced loss / theft damage liability insurance – each car is subject to an individual franchise deposit, and in the case of any losses / damages, the first amount will be deducted from this deposit, thereafter all other costs will be covered by the insurance. The rental also includes free 600 kilometres / 373 miles plus a contingency of 15 km / 9 miles. Where you exceed these Kilometres/miles, you will be charged an additional price per kilometre, in accordance with the specific car chosen. The price may include dinner, chauffeur limousine and private guide based on the specific package chosen (only where applicable). What is not included? Flights, transfers (only where applicable), travel and medical insurance, fuel for the car, parking charges at the hotels, lunch & evening meals (only where applicable), coffee breaks, city tax, wine/gastronomy tasting tour (only where applicable), any tours not specified in the quotation, any motorway charges. Any excursions as wine tasting tours, gastronomy tours, and boat tours etc are not included in the price, we provide a booking service. We provide chauffeur limousine service, private guide upon request and charged in addition to the holiday price. (Please see more details in your quotation).
All reservations must be made through a confirmation e-mail sent through to you, which provides you these detailed booking terms, the terms shall constitute the basis of the contract between you (the Traveller) and us (MotorValley Experience LTD, Bournemouth). The contract shall exist when the payment is made.
This agreement is made between MotorValley Experience LTD and the Traveller on the basis that the Holiday Package as specified in the confirmation Email and is to be taken by the Traveller and guests for a period as defined in the Email. The price of the Holiday Package is as specified in the confirmation Email. Where the 40% deposit is agreed, the balance of the Holiday Package price must be paid at least 8 weeks before the beginning of the Holiday. If the balance of the Holiday Package price is not received within this period, then the deposit will be forfeited, and the Holiday Package cancelled at the sole discretion MotorValley Experience LTD. If bookings are made 8 weeks or less in advance of the hire period, the whole of the Holiday Package price must always be paid in advance at the date of booking.
Car Hire Minimum age: 21-23-25-30 years as per type and model of vehicle driving license: full current driving license valid for one year for cat. City Car, and 2 years for the other categories. Additional driver: Same conditions for an additional driver approved by MotorValley Experience LTD at the time of the rental: additional fee of GBP 20/50 per day. Minimal rental duration: one day = 24 hours. After 2 extra hours, a full day will be charged. Car Deposits / Franchise: All cars will require a car deposit / franchise deductible at the time of starting the rental. The amount of this deposit will vary by car but is typically between GBP 2,500 (Porsche Boxster) up to around GBP 20,000 (Pagani/Lamborghini Aventador Roadster) however, there are in some situations additional insurances that may be taken to reduce the deposit amounts, please ask at the time of your enquiry. Petrol: not included. Payment conditions for franchise deposits: up to 72 hours before the start of the tour / car rental, the car deposit amount (the amount of maximum deductible depends on the car category), will then be reserved on an approved credit card (note, this is a reservation, not a charge, so should not appear on the card statement). It is mandatory that the name of the credit card is identical to the drivers. At the end of the tour, the reservation will be cancelled (it can take 2/3 weeks), except in the exceptional situation where there are any agreed damages, in which case the amount will be released after these damages are assessed, and where applicable, any repair costs deducted. MotorValley Exeperience cannot accept any liability for the process “check the damages of the car” and damage agreement between Traveller and car supplier. In the exceptional situation of a controversial between Traveller and Car supplier, Motorvalley Experience will not have any liabilities and cannot interfere in the process. For any tours starting in Switzerland: Under a EU custom regulation from May 2016 customers with a EU residence are no longer allowed to cross the border into the EU with a Swiss registered car. Therefore, if you are an EU resident and rented a car in Switzerland it is your responsibility to not cross the border. Any fines or similar costs arising will be the responsibility of the person in possession of the car.
Passport/Driving Licence requirements
Should the destination for your chosen Ticket Package/Experience require travel outside of your resident country, a full Passport/ID is usually required for travel. Please note that it is the responsibility of the client to be in possession of a Valid Passport/ID with normally a (minimum validity of 6 months) driving licence and any Visa that may be required. Long delays in obtaining Passports/ID Cards and Visas can occur, so be sure to apply well in advance of Travel/Event Date. MotorValley Experience cannot be liable for any loss or expense suffered if you do not adhere to these requirements.
Every effort is made to ensure that the Holiday Package complies with the description given to the Traveller at the time of booking. However, MotorValley Experience LTD cannot accept any liability for any changes or inaccuracies that occur between the time of the booking and the commencement of the hire period. MotorValley Experience LTD reserves the right to make alterations to pre-agreed driving routes / itineraries or car (e.g. where unseasonal snow falls, switch to 4WD car) in the unlikely event of either road closures or unseasonal weather conditions – due to the unpredictability of such events, these will be communicated to the customer no later than 24 hours before the date that the drive is due to commence. With regards to car rentals, cars will be fixed at the time of the booking, however in exceptional situations MotorValley Experience LTD reserves the right to change cars (to an equal or higher category car) due to exceptional circumstances, such as theft or damage to a car previously allocated. With regards to the Hotel accommodations, the Hotel will be fixed at the time of the booking, however in exceptional situations MotorValley Experience LTD reserves the right to change hotels or type of Room category (to an equal or higher category).
Groups / Events:
For groups / events, the general terms outlined apply, with some small exceptions. Firstly, the individual franchise deposit will be based on an assessed “group” deposit, and one deposit will be taken per driver. In terms of the cars on the event, MotorValley Experience LTD reserves the right to adjust the final fleet, but only in exceptional circumstances (e.g. mechanical issues) and in such circumstances, the cars will either be upgraded (class) or swapped for a like for like class. Drivers will also be expected to sign out cars after each driver change. Fuel is excluded from group events (except where stated otherwise in the offer). If the event is supervised by a Tour guide, his/her responsibility is to lead the group, follow the agreed itinerary by keeping the driving schedule and providing general assistance (cars & hotels). However he/she will not held responsible for any accidents. Regarding meals, please see the full event itinerary for detail, but generally speaking, dinner, lunches and a gala evening are not included as part of the package unless other arrangements are made at the time of the booking. Finally, with regards to cancellation terms, these will be per the individual contract arrangements, or where not stipulated, then per the standard cancellation terms – please see below under Cancellation.
a) You are responsible for ensuring that any existing medical conditions or disabilities which may require assistance are declared to us before you book your holiday or, if newly diagnosed, before your due date of departure so that we can pass these details on to our suppliers in good time. We are not in any circumstances liable if any carrier refuses you or any member of your party as a passenger as a result of any medical condition or disability.
b) We and our suppliers reserve the right to refuse your booking or the right to board or the right to travel and to remove you and/or any member of your party from any transport, accommodation or any part of holiday if you or any member of your party is drunk or under the influence of drink or drugs; if you are or we reasonably believe that you are in unlawful possession of drugs; or are behaving violently, disruptively, dangerously or irresponsibly or in any manner whatsoever which presents a risk to others or is causing a nuisance or annoyance to others. No refund will be given, or compensation paid and no costs or expenses for which you become liable or which are incurred by you will be made by us or be recoverable by you from us in such circumstances. You may also become the subject of police inquiry or security measures or investigation and liable in the event that any offence is committed to criminal prosecution and penalties whether in the UK or in any other country having jurisdiction in respect of the alleged activity. You must fully cooperate with and follow any safety procedures and instructions given by any organisation which is running the activities which you do while on holiday. It is possible that such organisations will require you to sign a waiver form in respect of the activity being carried out.
c) Despite our best endeavours to ensure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible, problems can occur. If you do experience difficulties that cannot be dealt with at the time by the hotels, you are staying at, then please contact us on our 24-hour emergency number (+44 (0)7710139300). Please remember that we will be unable to help if you only mention the issue on your return from holiday. If you have a medical emergency, you must notify your travel insurance providers on their 24-hour emergency telephone number (which should be visible on the cover note). If you cannot make contact, please ring us and we will attempt to reach them.
d) Weather in South of Europe is most of the time sunny; however the conditions can vary and sometime can rain, we will do our best to ensure that the holiday goes according to plan, we ask that those who travel with us do so with a spirit of adventure, in a positive frame of mind, and in good humour.
The Traveller undertakes the Holiday Package entirely at their own risk and MotorValley Experience LTD cannot be responsible for any injuries-death caused to the Traveller, his/her guests or any third parties. In addition, MotorValley Experience LTD will not be liable to compensate the Traveller for any damage or loss of enjoyment in respect of the Traveller’s Break. MotorValley Experience LTD does not have any liability in any event for any damage or loss (including both direct and indirect loss of enjoyment). MotorValley Experience is not responsible for excess of speed limits and any other charge not included in the holiday package price as per Email confirmation.
You must be fully insured for your holiday and must make sure that all of the activities which you will be carrying out are covered by such insurance. This insurance must include adequate cancellation insurance to the value of your holiday, emergency evacuation and repatriation costs in respect of all of your activities. Please note that the travel insurance provided by some credit card providers often only offers the minimum coverage and, whoever your insurer, you should always check for any exclusion of activities that you might be undertaking. In response to public concern, some insurers now offer specific insurance against cancellation, delay and abandonment due to volcanic ash disruption. This can be taken out as an add-on to some travel insurance policies or as stand-alone cover.
Payment Terms and Cancellation
On acceptance of the booking, the full payment for the package shall be made. We accept cheques, bank transfers and credit or debit card. However, due to the fee levied on us by the card companies, a charge of 3.5% of the total price will be made on credit card payments. In the event that the Traveler wishes to change details of the booking, such as travel dates, this will be possible subject to availability – there will however be a GBP 300 re-book fee, plus if there are any additional hotel charges arising these will need to be paid as a supplement. If the traveller needs to cancel entirely, a refund will be due, in accordance with the cancelation terms set out below. For groups and corporate events, payment and cancelation terms are agreed on a case by case basis, so the Traveller should refer to the individual offer. If the Traveller wishes to change or cancel his/her Holiday Package he/she must notify MotorValley Experience LTD in writing (email is acceptable) and the following cancellation charges will apply:
– More than 8 weeks before departure = 40% of the total price
– 8-6 weeks before departure = 60% of total price
– 6-4 weeks before date of departure = 80% of total price
– 4-2 weeks before date of departure = 100% of total price
In the unlikely event of a problem during your holiday, please immediately inform the relevant supplier whose service is involved (e.g. your hotelier), who will endeavour to put things right. If the problem cannot be resolved locally and you wish to complain, full details must be sent to MotorValley Experience in writing to arrive within 14 days of your return giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. It is strongly recommended that you communicate any complaint to the supplier of the services as well as to us without delay and complete a report form while on holiday. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were on holiday. Complaints cannot be accepted after a Traveller has returned home and there has been no opportunity to put matters right during the Holiday/Hire Period.
This agreement (together with the documents referred to herein): 1. Constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement; and 2. Supersedes and extinguishes any prior drafts, agreements and undertakings between the parties relating to such subject matter.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bournemouth UK, courts.
As part of MotorValley Experience LTD acceptance of the booking, the Traveller warrants to MotorValley Experience LTD that all information provided to MotorValley Experience LTD is correct and that the Traveller is aged 18 years or over.
