Day 1 – Arrival at Florence Airport and check in the Hotel

For those arriving by plane, you will be met at Florence airport by a chauffeur driven transfer vehicle, which will drive you to your luxury hotel for the evening.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco to kick start your holiday.

After checking in you are free to explore the cradle of the Renaissance, with its utterly enchanting medieval architecture, amazing artwork, and gourmet Tuscan cuisine.

Day 2 – Chianti country

After enjoying the 5-star hotel breakfast, your choice of supercar will be directly delivered to you by one of our MotorValley representatives who will give you a full briefing and walk through of your itinerary.

As you set off from southern Florence and head up into the rolling green hills and vineyards of the incredibly scenic Chianti region, you will pass the Greve Del Chianti towards the famed Via Chiantigiana road.

Running directly south from Florence to Sienna through the middle of the Chianti wine region of Tuscany, the SR222 road is widely considered to be one of the best driving roads in Italy.

The first pit-stop of the day will be at the incredibly scenic village of Radda del Chianti. Hidden behind large medieval stone facades, the historic town offers breathtakingly beautiful views of the neighbouring Arbia and Pesa valleys below.

When all that driving works up an appetite, we recommend you enjoy a traditional Tuscan Farmhouse lunch, with locally sourced ingredients from the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

After lunch, you will continue driving through the gorgeous Chianti region of Italy until you reach the impressive Brolio Castle, on top of an isolated hill. Rich in history, art, wine production and quintessential Italian culture, Brolio Castle, palace, and gardens are magnificently beautiful and a sight worth seeing.

For those with a taste for the finer things in life, we highly recommend you visit the oldest winery in Italy, and largest within the Chianti Classico area, Barone Riscasoli.

After experiencing the delectable gastronomy and wine from the region, you can spend the evening relaxing and unwinding in the beautiful Gaiole Del Chianti Hotel spa.

Day 3 - Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico D ’Orica

Today you will spend the day driving through wonderful hillside valleys until you reach Montepulciano, a medieval town known for its rare and outstanding beauty.
Standing atop a hill not too far from Siena, Tuscany’s haven on the hill is full of historic churches, quaint squares, and elegant palaces.
After enjoying the sights you will continue your drive through the picture-perfect landscape of southern Tuscany, arriving at Pienza, often called the village of love.
Tucked away in the striking valley of Val d’Orcia, this world heritage town is renowned for its panoramic peninsula views as well as for producing the best sheep’s cheese in Italy, Pecorino di Pienza.
For your lunch, we recommend you dine in the enchanting streets of Pienza, sampling the handmade pasta, fine wines and local delicacies such as truffles and phenomenal sheep’s cheese.
From here your next stop of the tour is the beautiful hilltop town of San Quirico d’Orcia, where you will find the gorgeous Collegiate San Quirico Cathedral, encased in traditional buildings and surrounding Tuscan landscapes.
You can enjoy your own slice of paradise in your luxury 5-star boutique hotel for the evening, in the stunning surroundings of Central Siena. We recommend you dine at this beautiful 17th century 51-bedroom palace, famed for its award-winning Sense cuisine sourced locally.

Day 4 - Siena and San Gimignano Tour

This morning you can visit Siena, one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, where you can have an exclusive breakfast in front of the historical Palio di Siena.
Today you will spend the day driving through some of the most beautiful and scenic roads the region has to offer, through the glorious Tuscan hills of West Florence, and past the spectacular hilltop town of San Gimignano.
Why not take some time to adventure on foot, explore, shop and sightsee around the many exquisitely beautiful hillside towns, which overlook the landscape of southern Tuscany.
As you make your last journey to your next hotel in Florence, you will drive along the famed SR2 road once more, before relaxing in ultimate luxury upon your arrival in Florence.

Day 5 - Florence and the return to the airport

For your last day in Florence, you are free to explore the city or stay within the hotel grounds, until you are collected from your hotel by your chauffeur driven transfer vehicle who will drive you to the airport for your outward flight.
